2015 FEATURE SALE BULLS

2015 Feature Sale Bulls

Name: Lot 3 - IHSJ188

STUD SIRE: Hasn't Anzac done a wonderful job again this year with this drop of bulls. Anzac J188 could well be the pick of the drop this year, he is an outstanding modern beef sire- moderate frame, extreme carcase and perfect structure. This potential stud sire is very similar to the Anzac son that sold in 2014 to Jarrah Cattle Co. for $45,000. Clearly one of the best bulls ever bred at Injemira phenotypically then you look at his pedigree and figures and this statement is backed up. He comes from a great cow line that has two ET donor females. His figures put him in the top 1% of the breed for IMF% and the lucrative Grain Fed Index. Outstanding Stud Sire in the making.

Name: Lot 4 - IHSJ152

STUD SIRE: I had great difficulty splitting the Anzac's this year. Anzac J152 has been many astute cattle persons pick of the drop. I can't argue with that, he is moderate framed, soft and has a wonderful butt profile and strength of carcase right throughout. His dam is a great Bender cow that produced a wonderful Odyssey son in 2014. Again like all the Anzac's a very complete set of EBVs that could bring you to the top of the breed very quickly. Outstanding Stud Sire prospect.

STUD SIRE: Again is this the pick of the Anzac's in 2015? Anzac J162 has the biggest growth potential of all the Anzac's catalogued this year combined with a below breed average Birth Weight EBV gives you an exciting package. His dam is a very stylish large framed cow that stands out in the mob. If you are after an Anzac as a stud sire this could be your lot, he still carries that Anzac carcass with a slightly different growth pattern. I think he will get better with age. Top Stud Sire.

Name: Lot 19 - IHSJ084

STUD SIRE: The first of the Autumn drop sires for 2015 and what a way to start it off. I couldn't put together a better pedigree if I tried. His dam is a full ET sister to the top priced bull of 2013 of which 5 full ET brothers averaged $18,000. He is the first son of Redford to be offered at Injemira who is a Rocket son that actually had eye appeal and not just figures. Redford J084 is a striking individual that will catch your eye, he is soft with plenty of length and carcase and is extremely sound. His EBVs are sensational with a Birth Weight to 600 Days Weight spread second to none, a real curve bender. Then you look at his carcase data his EMA is in the top 1% of the breed along with all 4 Index values. A heifers first calf that could easily stand at any stud in a heifer or cow joining program. H

Name: Lot 63 - IHSJ205

STUD SIRE: What a way to kick off this draft of Spring drop sires. An absolute stand out from day one. Redford J205 is an exceptional individual he is long bodied with great carcase and a style that oozes stud sire. He is a heifer's first calf sired by Redford who has proven to be so successful. Along with a superior phenotype you look at his EBV set, simply outstanding. A curve bender with a low Birth Weight of +2.7 to a 600 Days Weight figure of +83 then you look at his milk figure of +17 and then his carcase data of +5.0 for EMA and +0.9 for IMF% simply outstanding. All too often you see potential stud sires that let you down in the EBV department, this fellow certainly has both the phenotype and the numbers. Outstanding individual suited to a Stud Heifer or Cow joining program. H
