A terrific young herd sire to kick off our 2012 sale. Bender F026 is a bull with the type of maturity pattern needed for our industry today. His pedigree is exceptional with his dam carrying that Line 1 maternal boost and his EBV set is exceptional with him ticking all the boxes for moderate birth, high growth exceptional EMA and IMF %. STUD SIRE: Artist F047 is a bull we have been excited to show the industry since birth. He can only be described as a power packed beef sire. His length and weight for age is exceptional with him being the heaviest 200 & 400 day actual weight for the entire drop. His presence and style in the paddock is eye catching, when he strides out you just want him in the front paddock for all to see. A clean polled stud sire that carries the Artist stamp of length, style and good all round breeding values. STUD SIRE:  What a wonderful example of the Hereford breed. The first of the horned sired bulls for 2012. This young stud sire ticks all the boxes as far as we are concerned. 1- Pedigree, his dam is Injemira's preeminent breeding female with sons selling to $45,000 and also the dam of Poll National D060 who's sons in this catalogue speak for themselves. His sire Legion has certainly left his mark on the breed with a Legion son topping our 2011 sale. 2- Phenotype, you could not mark this sire any better and his softness and fat distribution is excellent combined with a strong carcass and a structure that is faultless. 3- EBV's, certainly the balance we are looking for in this department with moderate birth, outstanding growth and strong carcass figures. This combined gives what we believe is an outstanding future stud sire for our industry, could also be used over heifers due to the maternal pedigree. Semen has been retained for in herd use only. H

Do want a bull that will stamp those big panda eyes on your calves. Like his two ET brothers (Lots 18 & 20) this sire carries an extremely proven maternal line and outcross genetics on his sires side. General F056 is a bull with an early maturity pattern and full of meat and structurally very sound. Like his ET brothers he is a potential stud sire that will stand out sale day.

STUD SIRE: What a great young heifers first calf and he is only an August drop! The first of the Cavaliers to be offered and he has it all. At inspection he is a tall upstanding striking young bull with plenty of length, wonderful head and shoulders and a top line full of meat. When you look at his pedigree you can see why he has the quality he does. His maternal line carries Aberdeen and Advance V093 the two most influential sires at Injemira for the past 11 years. This bull comes with our highest recommendation and can be used on heifers or cows and his dam is going straight into the Injemira ET donor group on the strength of her first calf Cavalier F133. H

STUD SIRE: Have a look at these performance figures, simply outstanding! Poll National F112 himself is a striking stud sire with big panda eyes and a top line and butt shape that defies his young age. There is no wonder I have classified him as a stud sire when you look at his pedigree. His two Grand Dams are X007 whom has grossed us in excess of $100,000 and his other Grand Dam V121 is the mother of our international sire Advance Z080. I simply cannot design a better pedigree than what the bull has. He is a multi purpose sire that can be used in a stud heifer joining program or the lead sire in a cow joining program. STUD SIRE: Cavalier F113 has been the standout calf for the Spring drop calves. Like the other Cavaliers in the sale he is a tall upstanding individual with great length of body and a top sires outlook. His pedigree and EBV's are very good, with that all important line 1 maternal boost in his pedigree that is evident in so many of the good sires.  A heifers first calf that will command your attention on sale day. STUD SIRE: Carcass carcass carcass is what you see when inspection this potential stud sire. Just get behind him and have a look at the meat throughout, just incredibly thick. Valuable F114 will not be the biggest framed sire but if you are looking for the muscle pattern combined with great skin and hair with low birth weights this is your sire.
